Plot Outline:

When a mother superior at a religious mission in North Africa asks MacGyver to help a young woman with something, he is glad to help. However, when he finds out the young woman wants him to break her brother out of jail, he hesitates. However, the woman explains that her brother is a missionary who was attempting to provide relief to the children at the mission. Feeling for the man, MacGyver agrees to do it. After getting himself imprisoned for assault, MacGyver goes to work. A Frenchman named Francois meets MacGyver and agrees to help him out. After making a deal with Khan, a PCP dealer running his drug cartel from a luxury room inside the prison, MacGyver sets up a meeting with the imprisoned missionary. MacGyver and Ashford (the man), knowing the cell is bugged, create a fictious story consisting of a Huey helicopter assault on the prison to throw off the Khan and the prison warden. MacGyver then rigs up helicopter sound effects and a homemade bomb while fulfilling his part of the deal with Khan, which was fixing his refrigerator, assisting with the PCP manufacturing. MacGyver and Francois then execute their plan, which, of course, works perfectly. MacGyver and Brian escape from the prison via a car driven by the young woman while the guards await the fictious helicopter assault. However, after they are away, MacGyver gets the surprise of his life. The young woman is not who she appears to be and her brother is no missionary. All of a sudden, MacGyver's act of kindness has jeopardized his life...
