Plot Outline:
Russell and Mariel suffer a tragedy, which is only made worse when Mariel tries to help. Kira feels guilty over an accident. Larkin tries to learn more about the mysterious military presence during and after the hurricane. Meanwhile, Dave investigates a lost piece of jewelry.
